This is what salvation is all about. In return for this beautiful gift that we could never have earned, all we can offer to our Lord and Savior is a life fully surrendered to Him.

Less of me, more of Him. Sounds like a pretty good recipe to me.

Deep down we’ve all imagined the water-walking experience. But, sadly, we tend to merely dangle our toes in the shallows.

We can honor God with our lips declaring Him as Holy, Creator, and Savior, but we honor Him more as we surrender and call Him Lord.

Whatever job you’re in, He can use you. Whatever family you are a part of, He can use you. Whatever place you live, He can use you. You just have to be willing!

He’s calling your name today. Can you hear it?

What does God see when He looks at your heart?

Examine your plans for the coming week, pray over them, hold them loosely, and invite the One who most deserves your attention, devotion, and energy to interrupt your plans for His.

The timeless biblical examples of courage are more than relevant in our day-to-day. The connect, strengthen, inspire, and carry us to the truth that God can and should be trusted.

We, too, come to a crossroads. Will we follow Christ knowing the costs? Or will we deny Him?

What are we willing to give in return? Have we looked at what we are giving to the Lord?

You may be feeling like a ball in your hands translates to a turnover in the making, but a life in God’s hands is the perfect starting lineup.

Turn your eyes upon Jesus. You’ll find He is worthy of honor, praise, glory, suffering, and even death.

The size or amount of our resources matters little when placed into God’s hands.

Allow the God of the Universe to speak over and transform your clay into a masterpiece that you could never have imagined because it didn’t originate with you, but in the mind and heart of your Heavenly Father.

Until we recognize our need for a Savior, we will never understand who He truly is.

What are your motives? Why have you chosen to follow Jesus, and are you still choosing that path every day?

When we obey the Lord’s commands, we glorify Him.

The Wise Men didn’t post their attendance to social media, tag themselves in an exclusive photo shoot, or attempt to gain access to Jesus for personal or political gain. Their overflowing hearts of gratitude simply needed His presence.

Will you be ready for His return? He is patiently waiting for you to surrender your heart to Him.

This morning, stop, and talk with Him. Tell Him of the burdens you carry and what you desperately want. And then trust in Him to deliver.

Lay it down. Everything you are trying to prove, whatever you are trying to earn, lay it down. Come to the foot of the cross.

Far too often, I pick up the burdens I’ve promised to give over to the Lord because I think I can do this. I can fix this. I can make it better. But all of my efforts are poor attempts compared to His righteous and perfect plan.

Fall to His feet and trust in Him. This is where true faith is built.

Are we really true followers of Christ? Is there complete and total commitment? Have you surrendered your life to Him? Take up thy cross and follow.

Has the Lord been calling? Today. Answer His call today. Tomorrow may be too late.

What are you facing today? Has the Lord brought you to a place that you just don’t quite understand His plan? Does it seem crazy? Does it look like it just doesn’t make sense? Will you still trust Him?

The Lord will soon return. Are you ready? Have you been sanctified? The time is now.

Whatever you are trusting in, whether it’s your wealth, your health or yourself, none of it will lead to Heaven. There is only one, and His name is Jesus.
