It’s easy to mask feelings of loneliness when you have a smile on your face, but it can be a precious time of listening to the Father.

We should be the example for others! We should lead them to the Lord, not away. It should be God’s words on our lips.

So, anytime you are faced with a giant of a problem or any emotion that comes your way, step up to the fight. You never know what God can do in, around, or through you when you are willing to trust Him.

If you’ve asked for a hedge of protection, stop pulling out the tree trimmers, lawn mower and hedger to cut it down. God’s timing and purpose for you is perfect. Don’t try to push things just because you want them right now.

If it feels like your very existence is meaningless, turn away from those desperate thoughts and choose life, joy, and peace from the only one who can give it: Jesus.

A small move in his direction could mean a big change in the trajectory of your life.

If it were about works, I could boast, I could brag that I had something to do with my salvation. But it’s not. It’s only the work of Jesus Christ.

Many Bible heroes did not understand at first that their own personal comfort meant disobedience to God.

Lord, wash me. I am unclean. I am unworthy. Only you can wash away the sins of my heart. Only you can take what is defiled and make it pure.

Letting go of what binds you, causes unforgiveness, and keeps you from glorifying God is the stumbling block to true joy.

Those that disobey God and disregard His authority and righteousness, which includes who He appoints as leaders, will face punishment. Look at the severity of this rebellion!

When you’re a fixer and a planner, it’s hard to wait on the Lord for his plan, even when you know it’s the best thing to do.

Because we know better. We have a duty to study the word of God, as it was intended, and to teach accordingly.

Patience is a universally difficult thing to do, but if God is in the boat with you, just relax and wait for his timing.

What does our reputation say about God? Don’t we realize that many people will never open a bible and study it for themselves? Our lives will be the only picture of Jesus they see! So, what will they say?

Unfortunately, the world has shouted down Christians and Jesus, who came to earth to radically change it and start a movement of love and grace.

If you’ve already made that decision to go back to the old, the most beautiful thing is that it’s never too late to turn around. It takes one step. And there’s Jesus. Waiting. Ready to forgive. Ready to give you everything He promised if you would just trust and follow Him.

In a culture of who you know instead of whose you are, Christian leaders must have a God-given vision.

Without Jesus, there is no joy. No conquering your fears, only tears. Trust in the Lord today!

We are focusing on cleaning up, or purifying, the words that come out of our mouths. Our goal is to try to get those words to reflect our faith.

Did you know you can believe God exists and still go to Hell? If you have never trusted that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that He came and died for you, covering your sin debt, if you’ve never done that, you’ll spend eternity in torment!

With a significant downward spiral going on in church attendance, maybe we should go back to the basics and hear from a passionate church planter.

Christians have a purpose and God has a plan: Go and disciple others.

Let’s be done with temporary structures and build God’s kingdom one lost soul at a time.

Whatever you are going through today, God wants you to know that you do not have to do it alone. You don’t have to be the one who picks yourself up by your bootstraps and pushes through. Let God carry you!

If the things of this world are holding you back from living out your fullest potential, let go of them and let God transform you.

Let us take our hurts, issues, and protests to the Lord. If you truly love, respect, trust and have faith in Him, doesn’t He deserve that honor?

We’ve heard it our entire lives, but is it true that time can heal or is there healing power in Christ alone?

So, for believers, that trumpet is a sound of rejoicing! But, for those that do not believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, it will be a call for coming judgment and war.

Not only were Paul’s letters intended to be shared but also to explain the mission of God.

Are you watching and listening for His call? Maybe He’s calling you to move in a way that would glorify Him. Will you respond in obedience? Praying you will.

Make no doubt – God will test our love and loyalty many times in our lives. Yes, we will mess up. Yes, we will make mistakes. Having a heart of integrity doesn’t guarantee perfection, it drives us to do better each time we do mess up because we want to please God most of all.

First and foremost, go to the Lord in prayer. Seriously. Pray about everything. Every decision. Every worry. Every question that pops into your mind, take it to the Lord in prayer.

Difficult and heartbreaking circumstance can actually bring deeper relationships and more mature faith.

You have the opportunity right now to have direct communication with God. You do not need “Sarah” to connect you. How? Through the beautiful gift of prayer.

Jesus took every sin you and I have ever committed and suffered and died for it. He offers you freedom from that sin!

All of us have experienced fear, but only God provides the way to truly conquer it.

Last words are windows to the soul, and they reveal true priorities: What will yours be?

Are you searching? Are you looking for answers? Is the darkness overwhelming? Do you need light?

Dig into the Word of God today! You’ll find conviction and your heart will be exposed. But if you search the scriptures, you will discover truth, love and forgiveness.

If you want to be part of what God is doing, ask him for an overflow of the Holy Spirit’s power to be a light in the darkness.
