Jesus’ statement rings true: the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.

There is hope in Jesus. He is a friend that sticks closer than anyone I’ve ever known.

People are always watching and listening for inspiration. Your testimony could be just what they need to hear to draw closer to God.

Sheep don’t worry; sheep just trust.

God can use anybody to accomplish His will.

Will we deny His truth and decide to do what we think or feel is right? Or will we choose Jesus, His truth, His way, and His love?

Fear and doubt can take us out of trusting God and experiencing Him.

But there is no time to wait. It will be too late. Those that delay and deny His offer of salvation will have torment and punishment for eternity.

When we stand before our Lord and give an account for what we have done with what we have been given, what will we say?

In a world where we get answers fast, God wants us to be willing to wait because that’s when our faith develops.

And we have the opportunity to hold God’s word in our hands and allow it to speak life, hope and freedom into our lives every day.

He came to seek and save the lost. He brought a warning to those that deny Him of what was to come if they didn’t believe.

There is a beautiful land waiting for those that believe in Jesus Christ and follow Him, trusting in His work of salvation. It’s hard to imagine now, but there is great joy ahead.

Are you willing to allow Christ to use you for His will, to further His kingdom?

Who do you say that Jesus is? This is the only thing that truly matters. Do you recognize Him as your Father?

The darkness, no matter how hard it tries, can never cover the light.

The invitation has been sent. You have been invited.

Let’s talk. God loves you and desires a deeper relationship with you. If you’ll only humble yourself to His authority and Lordship over your life. Why? Because He is worthy!

What are you trusting in today? Is it Jesus?

God isn’t keeping something good from you by saying no. He promises to deliver something even better.

Jesus was known for His humble nature and loving manner, not a hurried and chaotic busyness.

Today, let us be looking for ways to put others first. How can we serve one another? How can I be more like Jesus?

Nothing is too big for our God.

How often does God pull us from the darkness, revealing His beautiful plan and light to us, and yet we find ourselves back there again? How quickly we forget.

Don’t Miss the Message!

Jonah’s powerful prayer reflects that he is now ready to do God’s will…even when it still probably doesn’t make sense to him. He gets what we all want in life: a redo.

Far too often, I pick up the burdens I’ve promised to give over to the Lord because I think I can do this. I can fix this. I can make it better. But all of my efforts are poor attempts compared to His righteous and perfect plan.

Have we settled for something less than what Jesus intended for His church?

Jesus knew that the resurrection would come. He knew what it would be like to be reunited with the Father in Heaven. He wasn’t focused on the pain ahead, but the joy that was coming.

Fall to His feet and trust in Him. This is where true faith is built.

God desires our obedience. He wants a heart that loves him so much, it is willing to trust and obey Him…even when it’s hard.

My impatient and anxious heart can get the best of me, how about you? Lord, we know You have great things in store for us. Help us to learn to trust You, Lord!

When we are afraid, we can turn our eyes to our Savior.

David appeals to the very nature of who God is, not his own competence or luck, thus a teaching moment for witnesses and recorded for us. As your Goliaths appear in life’s challenges, learn from David.

We don’t always understand God’s plan. We don’t like to see our friends or family struggle or suffer, but it’s important to remember, God’s got this. He is in control.

Jesus is there, even in our blindspot.

God is such a gentleman, He will let us run, but sooner or later, we will come face-to-face with the consequences of our actions.

Today, the question is posed to you – Who is Jesus? Your answer determines your destiny. Is He your father? Do you have a relationship with Him where you know you are His daughter or son?

We’ve seen His goodness time and time again. We’ve witnessed what He can do and we know what He’s promised to do, but… we turn the knob on the side of that box, wondering if He’s really going to show up.

Jesus was the Messiah, the healer, the One whom they had heard about their whole lives, and their faith in those things brought them to the mountain, believing in Him to save them. How far will you go to be saved?

We must resist our tendency to quench our spiritual thirst with the wrong things.

Has the Lord been calling? Today. Answer His call today. Tomorrow may be too late.

Friend, are you thirsty? Are you desperately seeking water that will sustain you? True, life-giving water? The Father is calling and says “come”.

Are you fighting a battle? Maybe you feel like the darkness is closing in and you need more light to continue. Jesus Christ said He is the light of the world. Reach out to Him to in faith that He would give you what you need to continue!

You can believe a small seed of faith planted in God’s power produces the impossible if it is planted securely in God’s Word. 

If you really want to explore the questions you have about your faith, dive right in to God’s Word instead of manmade arguments.

God’s will is done. No matter what we do to mess it up, it will still be accomplished. His counsel shall stand. He purposed it, He will do it.

We, too, need daily reminders of what the Lord has done for us, what He desires for us to do, and why we should serve Him.

Do you need that reminder today? When the bullies of this world are in your face, demanding to know what army will stand with you, you tell them, the LORD of Hosts!
