To be a leader one must have a servant’s heart.

Looking at how Jesus led helps us learn what true leadership is.

Joshua was a great leader and example for his family, his community and all that he encountered. Could the same be said for you and me? Are we the leader God has instructed us to be? To our families, to our community, to all those we encounter… let us be great leaders and show them the truth of Jesus Christ!

He had less than three years to teach his followers and disciples how to lead, love, and serve, and he remains the greatest of all time to do so.

One of the aspects of Chick-Fil-A that has always impressed me is their managers. They are always serving with the employees. In the same kind of way, Jesus offers you a spot to work right alongside Him as He seeks to save the lost.

How about you? Who is leading your decisions? Where do you turn when you are in need of advice and help? Who is your mentor?

In a culture of who you know instead of whose you are, Christian leaders must have a God-given vision.

God brings you to his table, so don’t try to move away. Just take your seat and choose life.
