YOU ARE HERE FOR A REASON

Every person has an inherent need for purpose, value, and worth. It’s an unseen but unmistakable force in our lives. We become seekers—looking for things that fulfill us.

Where does this insatiable desire for purpose and meaning come from?

It is no accident. You were designed that way!

BEWARE OF IMITATIONS

There are many fake imitations in the world that overpromise and underdeliver:

* Careers
* Relationships
* Money and pleasure
* Even religion

Good things? Yes. But these are not our ultimate purpose. They are fallible, temporary, and incomplete—just like we are.

“JESUS SAYS, “I AM THE TRUE VINE.”

We were made to be in a relationship with God. This is our purpose.

He is the Vine. We are the branches.

The Vine does the work. The branches become the conduit of the blessing.

How awesome are the blessings of being a branch of the TRUE Vine:

* The Vine gives life to the branch.
* The Vine supports and strengthens the branch.
* The Vine provides nourishment for the branch.

GRAFT YOURSELF TO THE TRUE VINE

As we find our purpose in Jesus, He gives our lives meaning and value:

* Branches give evidence of the Vine.
* Branches provide shade and protection for the vulnerable.
* Branches produce fruit that nourishes others.
* The fruit of the branches produces seeds that reproduce.

Don’t settle for fake imitations.

Graft yourself to the TRUE Vine—the One who gives purpose, meaning, and value to life.

Graft yourself to Jesus.
