After writing my last article, I couldn’t stop pondering this idea of continually fighting the curse and how deeply it infiltrates our daily lives.

It’s hard to comprehend just how much the curse still impacts us today, even though it began so long ago, when mankind first allowed their desires to convince them that something other than what God had provided could bring greater fulfillment.

This was the first time Satan used this strategy to deceive mankind, but it certainly wasn’t the last. He continues to use that same strategy today.

In the previous article in this series, I focused primarily on the fact that believers who are fighting the curse are in the right place and can glorify God in the midst of this battle between good and evil.

But today, I want you to consider something else.

The unbeliever is fighting the curse, too.

You see, all mankind has been affected by the curse brought about by Adam’s sin. However, Scripture reveals some important distinctions between how believers and unbelievers experience this ongoing battle.
