Roman’s 12:1
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

Anything that hurts to let go of, hurts because we’re holding on to tight. When we accept Jesus into our hearts, we are now not citizens of this world anymore, we’ve been rescued from it. So what do we do now with our freedom? We live for him and loosen our grip on everything. When we get to the point to where we can say to God, my hands are off of my life, I give it all to you, I lay it at your feet.
