Isaiah‬ ‭26‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.”

When we trust in the Lord, and our minds are steadfast, focusing on all of his promises and we hand the situation over to the one who’s actually in control than we will experience perfect peace no matter what’s going on around us. Our peace is determined by what we’re standing on. Are we standing on our own plans, thoughts and worries? Which will crumble like sand. Or are we standing on the rock, who offers perfect peace, and will stay the same for all eternity.
