John 15:5

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

When we remain in him, we spend time in his word and we obey it. We don’t just keep the truth to ourselves   and never do anything with it . God cuts off every branch that bears no fruit, but every branch that does he prunes so that it becomes even more fruitful .
