Mark‬ ‭12‬:‭29‬-‭31‬ ‭

“Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord. And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’ The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.”

Out of all of the commandments, the most important one is to love the Lord your God with everything, with all of you! And the second is to love your neighbor as yourself. So How do we show love to God? We obey him and we live for him. We spend time with him, and we praise him with our lives, we strengthen our relationship with him and we put him first above all else. But love is an action not a feeling. Love takes work, and we are commanded to put in the time and the work to Love the lord and love others above everything else.
